real advice for figuring out life, growing into yourself, and becoming the girl you want to be.
growing up means having a lot of questions, and sometimes nobody gives you straight answers.
girls guide is here to help you work through those questions, learn what you need to know, and feel a little more sure of yourself along the way.
new guides are added as we keep growing.
get to know your strengths, figure out what matters to you, and start putting your gifts to use.
learn when to speak up, when to step back, and how to say no without feeling guilty about it.
learn how your body works and build everyday habits that help you take good care of yourself.
becoming confident isn't about being perfect. it's about learning to be brave, kind, responsible, and true to yourself.
understand money, explore ideas, and learn how to turn good opportunities into something real.
stay curious, ask better questions, and learn how to turn your ideas into things people can actually use.
figure out what you're good at, explore your options, and start thinking about where you want to go next.
learn how to build healthy friendships, handle difficult conversations, and deal with the messy parts of relationships.
write a letter to your future self and save a little piece of who you are right now.

Founder, Girls Guide
"I believe every girl deserves someone to guide her through the important stages of growing up."
I created Girls Guide because growing up comes with questions that aren't always easy to ask. I wanted girls to have a place where they can learn, get practical advice, and build the confidence to make good decisions for themselves.
I'm a Nigerian who has always had a heart for children and a desire to see them grow into confident, purposeful, and capable adults. I'm the founder of KCI Bible School for Children and the convener of Prophetic Declarations Over the Children. I'm also an author of children's books.
My academic background is in the sciences. I have a Bachelor's in Microbiology, a Master's in Medical Microbiology, and a Doctorate in Medicinal Chemistry. I currently teach science in China.
But growing up isn't just about getting good grades. Girls also need guidance, protection, confidence, practical life skills, strong values, and the freedom to discover who they are. Girls Guide was created to help with that, so girls can grow up prepared for real life and confident enough to make a difference wherever they are.

your letter stays private and locked
choose when you want it to come back
come back when the time is right
let's guide her, support her, and help her feel ready for whatever comes next.
you won't always be the same person you are today. write down what's on your mind, what you're hoping for, or what you never want to forget. seal it away and come back when you're ready.
